(a) ;lnployees shall be classified as either regular
or casual (temporari)
(b) A regua.ar ea�ployee is one who has completed 6
rwnths of continuous service with the District.
(c) A casual (teraporary) employee is one hired for
occasional or asasonal irk or For a linited time.
(d) New employees hired for a regular class cation
shall be placed upon a 6 months probationary period.,

of their duties*

rules for employees and to insist on the observance of such
rules.

(a) As the initial stop in the adjustment of agrievance, the

charge. If the grievance is not sett3.od in this mamer
the employee shall request and be granted a hearing with
the manger. 9hould the grievance still not be settled to
