TRUCKEE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DETERMINING TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
AND THE
TERMS, CONDITIONS , AND PROVISIONS OF SUCH DISPOSAL.
WHEREAS the Board of Directors of Truckee Public Utility
_strict does hereby determine that the hereinafter described
la1 property now owned by said District is not needed or necessary
;r the present or future needs of said District, and
WHEREAS it is hereby determined to be in the best interests
said Truckee Public Utility District that said real property
sold upon t' e terms and conditions, for the consideration and
bject to the restrictions and reservations 'hereinafter set forth ,,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Board of Directors of
Truckee Public Utility District as follows:
1 . That the said President and Secretary of the said District,

The foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted at a
