AND ESTABLISHING
TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND PROVISIONS OF S H DI3P03AL.
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of Truckee Public Utility
Istrict does hereby determine that the hereinafter described

NOW 'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directory of

1, That the President and Secretary, respectively, of the
yard of Directors of said District are hereby authorized and
rected in the name of said District to execute any and all inew
,ruments and documents reasonably necessary or required to accomp-
sh and carry out the sale of the follow3ng described property.
2. That the real property hereby determined to be not

Beginning at a point on the west line of the N.WJ of Section
T, 17 N. , R. lb E. , MoD.M, , said point being on the approximate
southerly line of a road, from which point O the ore-quarter carnet
common to Sections 111. and 15 bears South 0 13' 35" West ?5702
feet; thence along the section line, in a southerly- direction,

DETERMINING TO DISPOSE OF AND DISPOSING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY., AND DESIGNATING THE TERM,, COND IT IONS
AND PROVISIONS APPLICABLE THERETO.
WHEREAS the Board of Directors of Truckee Public Utility
)istrict bas heretofore determined and does hereby determine that

2. That pursuant to notice of public sale baving heretofore.,
een given, by publication, pursuant to direction of this Board
f Directors, and said sale having been made on public bid and
arry. Herzog and Zella Herzog, his wife, Navin submitted the--
ighest and best bid in the amount of $44000 �e�, cash to
aid District., it is hereby determined that said bid be accepted,
nd the same is hereby accepted and said property bereinabove
escribed shall be and the same is hereby sold to said Harry
erzog and Zella Herzog, his wife, said sale being made subject
o all conditions, restrictions, reservations, and provisions more
articularly shown in the copy of said Deed attached hereto, marke
