RESOLUTION NO. 7816

TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
CALL I NG FOR B I DS

ON 10,000 SQUARE FOOT PARCEL
LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 267
WHEREAS, on January 4, 1978, Resolution 78-02 was adopted making
all appropriate findings and declaring parcel arcel unnecessaryfor
District use; and
WHEREAS , on February 21 , 1978, the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District adopted Resolution No. 78-10,
a resolution clarifying District policy regarding the lease of District
land; and
WHEREAS, on February 21 , 1978, the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District adopted Resolution No. 78-12,
a resolution setting forth minimum bid requirements for the 10,000
square foot parcel located on Highway 267; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District desires to lease the parcel located on Highway 267
previously declared unnecessary for District use;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows.
The President of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District is hereby directed to issue call for
bids on the 10,000 square foot parcel located on Highway 267
which. has been declared unnecessary for District use and which
is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and that the date
and time established for the bid opening is Friday ,
March 17, 1978 at 2:00 P.M*
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a special meeting thereof duly called and held
in the District on the 24th day of February, 1978, by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Huber, Kuttel , Maass, Sutton.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

All that real property described as follows within the
unincorporated territory of Nevada County, State of California,
being a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14,
Township 17 North, Range lb East, M.D.B.&M. being more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning at the West Quarter corner of said Section 14; thence
running Easterly North 87' 59 ' 55" East, 952. 55 feet to a 1-1/4"
iron pipe tagged R.C .E. 8850; thence continuing Easterly on the
East-West* centerline of said Section 14, North 870 SS ' 55" East,
1430.61 feet; thence North 270 43 ' 45" East, 396. 35 feet; thence
North 000 34' 45"East. . 138. 85 feet; thence South 89* 25 ' 15" East,
28. 31 feet; thence North 20 00' OS" West, 242.63 feet to an
iron bar tagged L.S. 2712; thence South 870 59 ' 55" West, 210.49
feet; thence North 20 00 ' OS" West, 77 .59 feet; thence along a
curve concave to the Southeast a distance of 97 . 74 feet through
a central angle of 320 56 ' 34'1 ; thence North 300 56 ' 29" East.,
100. 00 feet to a point on the Southwest Right-of-Way line of
State Highway 267 ; thence along said Southwest Right-of-Way
� line North 590 3' 31" West, 90. 00 feet to the true point of
beginning of the property being described herein; thence
continuing along said Southwest Right-of-Way line of State Highway
267 North 5190 3' 31" West., 70.96' ; thence South 300 56' 29"
West,, 100.96 feet; thence South 590 3' 31" East, 100. 96 feet;
thence North 30' 56 ' 29" East, 70.96 feet; thence along the
