OF
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
COMPLYING WITH CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS FROM
THE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION
. LETTER OF CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, on September 23, 1977, a Letter of Conditions
was sent to the President of the Board of Directors from the
Farmers Home Administration; and
WHEREAS, certain representations must be made on behalf
the District in compliance with said Letter of Conditions ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors

of the Truckee-Donner Public Utility District, as follows .
1 * That the Board of Directors does hereby
certify that a minimum of One Thousand Eight
Hundred Fifty-one (1, 851) users are connected
for water service,
2 * That the Truckee-Donner Public Utility District
is a legally organized public utility district
pursuant to Section 15501 et seq, of the Public
Utility District Act of the State of California
and will continue to be operated and managed under
all applicable State statutes ,
3. That the Board has and will maintain a non-
discriminatory policy regarding the availability
of water use.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT at a meeting of the
Board of Directors held within the District on the 3rd day
of - October , 1977, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: R. Huber J. Maass
K. Kuttel P. Sutton
NOES:
ABSENT: Winn
