RESOLUTION No,. 77
of
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A QUITCLAIM DEED WITH RESPECT TO EASEMENTS AT
THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS DONNER. PINES
WHEREAS, the TRUCKEE--DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT and CALIFORNIA BLUE VALLEY entered into an Agreement
on September 7 , 1976 , resolving a controversy relating to.
electrical service at the development known as Donner Pines ;
and
WHEREAS, a certain power pole was relocated
with the effect of changing the location of the power lines ;
and
WHEREAS, the parties desire easements corres-
ponding to the existing power lines with an extinguishment
of the easement relating to the former line location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the TRUCKEE-
DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT as follows:
10 That the Grant Deed dated January 24 , 1977 ,
from BLUE VALLEY REALTY, INC. , a corporation, to TRUCKEE,
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, concerning a sixteen (16) foot ease-
ment for power lines and related uses be accepted, and the
Same shall be caused to be recorded on behalf of the District.
2 . That the District be authorized to execute
a. Quitclaim Deed concerning that portion of the former ease-
ment which has been abandoned by virture of the relocation
of the power pole and lines .
Passed and adopted by the TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT, by its Board of Directors , at a meeting held
within the district on the Z md day of �.�.� 1977 , by
the following roll call vote

agreement dated June 291 1936 by and between Donner Lake Company,
a Corporation and Sierra Pacific Power Company, a corporation,
a portion of which is situate within the Northwest quarter of
Section 14 , Township 17 North., Range 15 East , M.D.M. , the center-
line of that certain portion to be a part of this quitclaim and
abandoned, - being more part icularly described as follows :
Commencing at a point where said easement , as defined by existing
poles and wires , crosses the easterly line of said Northwest
quarter from which point the Northeast corner of the Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 14 bears N. 010
041 4011 W. 158. 97 ft. ; thence from said point of commencement ,
along the centerline of that portion of said easement to be
abandoned , being identical to the line of existing wires , N. 870
061 0511 W. 246* 25 ft. to an existing pole , and being the end
thereof.

Commencing at a point on said easement centerline from which the

of said Section 14 bears N. 010 041 40ft W. 185. 15 ft. ; thence from
said point of commencement , along said easement centerline the
following two (2) successive courses to wit : S. 780 56t 35?t W.
24e76 ft. and N. 780 571 W. 226* 33 ft. to an existing pole loca-
tion and being the end thereof; the sidelines of said easement
being lengthened or shortened, as may be required to terminate

on, over, and across a strip of land situate within the Northwest quarter
of Section 14, Township 17 North, Range 15 East, M.D.M. , the centerline of
said easement being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on said easement centerline from which the Northeast
corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 14
bears N. 01" 04' 40" W. 185-15 ft. ; thence from said point of commencement,
along said easement centerline the fallowing two (2) successive courses to
wit: S. 78' 56' 35" W. 24.76 ft.' and N. 78' 57' W. 226.33 ft. to an existing
pole location and being the end thereof; the sidelines of said easement
being lengthened or shortened, as may be required to terminate on the easterly
line of the Grantor and to terminate within the existing easement of the
Grantee, within which the existing pole Js located.-

dune 29, 1936 by and between Donner Lake Company, a Corporation and Sierra
Pacific Power Company, a corporation, a portion of which is situate within
the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 17 North, Range 15 East, M.D.M. ,
the centerline of that certain portion to be a part of this quit claim and
abandoned, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point where said easement, as defined by existing poles and
wires, crosses the easterly line of said Northwest quarter from which point
the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 14 bears N. 010 04' 40'1- W. 158.97 ft. ; thence from said point of
commencement, aldng the centerline of that portion of said easement to be
abandoned, being identical to the line of existing wires, N. 87' 06' 05" W.
246-25 ft. to an existing pole, and being the end thereof.
