RESOLUTION No. 75
of
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DECLARING SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT is the
owner of a certain motor vehicle "Ladder Truck" , more particu-
larly described in that certain Notice to Bidders , a copy of
which is attached hereto, and made a part hereof, and the same
is no longer needed by the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors
of TRU.CKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, as follows .
1. Said Ladder Truck is hereby found and declared to
be surplus property of the District and ought to be 'sold.
2. The General Manager of the District is hereby
directed to publish the attached Notice to Bidders in the
local newspaper at least 01VC -" and is further directed
to give such additional not-'ice of the sale as is deemed appro-
priate in the circumstances.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of Truckee-
Donner Public Utility District at a meeting of the Board held
within the District on the I q d► day of Au6us1" 1975,
by the following roll call vote:
