OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
APPROVING AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE PROJECT 83aw2
WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
HIGHWAY 267 LINE REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, a construction contract was entered into May 21, 1984 between
a
the Truckee Donner Public Utility District and Jetco Underground to complete
the Project 83-2 water system improvements, namely the highway 267 line re--
placement; and
WHEREAS, completed the co leted facilities will be.f ormall accepted by the

District upon expiration of a 35 day period after filing of the Notice of

Completion with the County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
I. The President of the Board is hereby authorized to execute
the Notice of Completion attached hereto on behalf of the
District.
2. The General Manager shall cause the Notice of Completion to

be recorded in the official records of"Nevada County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Pub-
lic Utility District at a meeting thereof held within the District on the bth
day of August, 1984 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Cooley, Corbett, Duffy, Hamilton and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

HIGHWAY 267 LINE REPLACEMENT
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District , by its duly authorized President of the Board of
Directors, on behalf of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District, herein called District, located in the County of
Nevada, State of California, as follower
1 . That the nature of the work consisted of the
installation of 2,574 linear feet of 80 .Ductile
Iron Pipe and Appurtenances.
2. That certain work of construction mentioned above
as a whole was actually completed on or before the
16th day of July, 1984 .
3 . That said work of improvement was and is located in
whole on real property wherein the Truckee Dower
Public Utility District owns an interest in fee or
has a maintenance easement.
4 . That said work of improvement was performed
pursuant to written contr.act dated May 218 19840o
entered into by and between the District and . Jetco
Underground .
5. That the name of the surety for said contractor is
Indemnity Company of California, Poet Office.
