RESOLUTION NO* 8446
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING EASEMENT FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE
- AP# 17-170-31 --
WHEREAS, it has been determined that in order to provide, operate and
maintain electric service to a certain residence at Donner Lake it is nec-
essary for the District to acquire an easement over AP#17-170-31;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Ut it ity District as follows:
1. To accept the Individual Grant Deed for a public utility easement
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and operating an overhead
and underground power line and appurtenant - facilities, together with
the right of ingress and egress for men with tools and/or equipment re-
quired for the repair, maintenance and/or operation of said overhead
and underground power line and appurtenant facilities as granted by
Bill D. Graham and Shirley D. Graham, joint tenant owners of AP#17-170--31.
2. That the Deputy District Clerk of the District record the herein
described easement with the County of Nevada on behalf of the District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a meeting duly called and held in said District on the
16th day of �. July 1984, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Corbett, Duffy and Maass.
NOES: None. "
ABSENT: Cooley and Hamilton.

INDIVIDUAL GRANT DEED
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Bill D. Graham
& ShirleyD. Graham, as joint tenants,
do hereby GRANT to the TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT the real property
in the community of Truckee, County of Nevada, State of California described as
A perpetual public utility easement on, over, under and across all
those portions of the hereinafter described real property, for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, and operating an overhead and
underground power line and appurtenant facilities, together with
the right of ingress and egress for men with tools and/or equipment
required for the repair, maintenance and/or operation of said over-
head and underground power line and appurtenant facilities.
A ten foot strip of land five feet in width beginning at the north-
west corner of Assessor's Parcel Number 17--170-31, Parcel B of Par-
cel Map 5-107, being a portion of the east half of the northwest
quarter of Section 14, Township 17 North, Range 15 East, MDB&M,
with a street address of 15601 Donner Pass Road, and as shown on
the attached map,
