WHEREAS, the General Manager has determined that certain items are

hereby authorized to advertize and sel]._ the items in ac-

2. Sealed bids will be accepted pted up to the hou-t-, of 4:00 P.Me
on October 27, 1982. Bids must be signed ,,and placed
