RESOLUTION NO. 84 69
OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS SURPLUS
AND ISSUING A CALL FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8212 establishes policy respecting the disposal
of surplus inventory, materials, office equipment and vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the General Manager has determined that certain items which
are no longer used should be removed from inventory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the -Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the items described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
are surplus, and the General Manager of the District is
hereby authorized to advertise and sell the items in ac-
cordance with established policy.
2. Sealed bids will be accepted by the District up to the
hour of 4:00 PM on November 29 , 1984. Bids
must be signed and placed in an envelope marked "surplus
item bid."
3. Bid awards shall be made by the Manager on November
30, 1984 .
4. The selected bidder shall pay for and remove the item
within thirty days of being noticed of the award.
5. In the event that bids are not received on some items,
the Manager is hereby authorized to dispose of such
items at his discretion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a meeting duly called and held within the District on the
5th day of November , 1984, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Cooley, Corbett, Duffy, Hamilton and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
