TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
EASEMENT DEED
-' COUNTY OF NEVADA -
WHEREAS, the Truckee Donner Public Utility District

of AP#18-570-10 situated at the southwest corner of Donne P •
r� ass Road, and
WHEREAS, the County of Nevada has a requested drainage q ralnage easement
adjacent to and parallel with the northerly line of the subject
� t parcel for
storm drain purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the President of the Board cause
s to be executed
an easement deed to the County of Nevada for a drain-
age easement adjacent to and parallel with the north-
erly line of the District's 1.9+ acre parcel located
ocated
southwest of the intersection of Donner Pass Road and
County Road No. 684AAl for storm drain purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a meeting held within said District
on the 7th
day of March 1983, by the followingroll call
vote:
AYES: Corbett, Kutte 1, VanLandingham and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
