Tahoe Airport Inn; and WHEREAS, a development agreement between the District and develop- ers of the Truckee Tahoe Airport Inn has been consummated; and WHEREAS,, fees set forth in the development agreement between the p District and developers of the Truckee Tahoe Airport Inn have been paid in full to the District; NOWr THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: 1. That the President is hereby directed to issue a call for bids for one 30 padmounted distribution trans- former as described in the attached specifications entitled Exhibit "A". 2. That the date and time established for the bid opening � is 3:00 P.M. , Friday, November 41 1983 • 3. The Truckee Donner Public Utility District specifically reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or infosmalitles in any or all bids, be the sole judge of the suitability of the flame offered, and to accept any bid that it determines to be in its best interest.
