TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING A CALL FOR BIDS FOR ONE 30 PADMOUNTED
DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER'
WHEREAS, District staff has determined the necessity to purchase
a 30 P admounted distribution transformer in order to serve the Truckee
.. Tahoe Airport Inn; and
WHEREAS, a development agreement between the District and develop-
ers
of the Truckee Tahoe Airport Inn has been consummated; and
WHEREAS,, fees set forth in the development agreement between the

and developers of the Truckee Tahoe Airport Inn have been paid
in full to the District;
NOWr THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the President is hereby directed to issue a call
for bids for one 30 padmounted distribution trans-
former as described in the attached specifications
entitled Exhibit "A".
2. That the date and time established for the bid opening �
is 3:00 P.M. , Friday, November 41 1983 •
3. That award of the bid will be made at the regular meet-
ing of NovgMbgr

Prospective Bidders:
Notice is hereby given to prospective bidders that sealed bids will be re-
reived by the Truckee Donner Public Utility District until 3:00 P.M. on
Friday, .November 4, 1983. for one 30 pa unted distribution transformer
as described in the attached specifications. The information requested
must be completed in fulls prices quoted are to be FOB Truckee.
The Truckee Donner Public Utility District specifically reserves the right
to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or infosmalitles in any or
all bids, be the sole judge of the suitability of the flame offered, and to
accept any bid that it determines to be in its best interest.
The Board of Directors will consider awarding the bid at its meeting of
November 7, 1983.
