W. HOPKINS REALTY TRUST, Samuel Hopkins, Richard S. Taylor, Gay Callan, Edwin C. Callan, and Peter O'Hara, Trustees; the ESTATE OF FLORENCE HOPKINS HILLS, Bank of California, Trustee; the ESTATE OF EDNA HOPKINS LOWERY, Sank of California, Trustee; GAY CALLAN, an individual ; and CANDACE CALLAN, an individual , Grantors, hereby grant to Truckee-Donner Public Utility District, its successors and assigns, Grantee, a perpetual , nonexclusive easement for water pipelines along and across the following described lands in the County of Nevada. State of California: Mount Diablo Meridian, T. 1 7N. , R. 16E 9 , Section 2, SW 1/4 SW 1/4; Section 11, N 1/2 N 1/2 N41 1/4; Section 12, NW 1/4 NW 1/4. The' said easement hereby granted is for the right, privilege and authority to construct, alter, improve, repair, operate and maintain underground water pipelines over and across the above premises according to the descriptions on Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof. The width of said easements shall be as shown on Exhibits A & R. In the design, construction, reconstruction, use and maintenance of the pipelines. Grantee shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to Grantors' lands. The. easements shall not be exclusive; Grantors reserve the right to use or permit others to use any part of the easements for any purpose provided such use does not interfere with the rights hereby granted.
