EASEMENT PEED FOR ELECTRIC POWER LINES
The E.W. HOPKINS REALTY TRUST, Samuel Napkins, Richard S. Taylor, Gay Callan,
Edwin C. Callan, and Peter O'Hara, Trustees; the ESTATE OF FLORENCE NAPKINS
HILLS, bank of California, Trustee; the ESTATE OF EDNA FtOPKINS LOWERY, Bank of
Californian Trustee; GAY CALLAN, an individual ; and CANDACE CALLA., an
individual , Grantors, hereby grant to TRUCKEE.-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT,
its successors and assigns, Grantee. a perpetual . nonexclusive easement for
electric power lines along and across the following described lands in the
County of Nevada, State of California:

Section 10, NE 1/4;
Section 11, N 1/2t
The said easements hereby granted are for the right, privilege, and authority
t4 construct, alter, improve. repair, operate, and maintain electric power
distribution and transmission lines, together with necessary guys and anchors,
supporting structures, insulators and cress arms, and ether necessary or
convenient appurtenances connected therewith across, over, and upon the lands
and premises. as described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The width of said easments shall be as described in Exhibits A and B.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED:
1) That the Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall at all times have
ingress to and egress from said land for the purpose of constructing,
repairing, renewing, altering, Changing, patrolling, and operating said
power ] one.
2) That the Grantee shall be responsible for any damage to personal property,
improvements. buildings. fences or animals, suffered by Granters by reason of
the construction, maintenance or operation of said line.

3) That the Grantee, its successors and assigns, will at all times save and
held harmless the Granters. their heirs, successors and assigns, of and from
any and all less, damage, or liability they may suffer or sustain by reason of
any injury or damage to the person or property of another, caused by negligent
construction, maintenance, or operation of said power lines.
4) That the Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall have the right from
time to time to remove or clear, and keep clear, any and all trees,
underbrush, structures, or other obstructions upon said right-of-way and such
trees beyond the same as, in the judgment of the Grantee, may interfere with
or endanger said lines or appurtenances when erected.
5. I That the Granters will retain right of reasonable use of the land within
the said right-of-away for purposes not in conflict with line clearances
required by Grantee.
