OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING JOB DESCRIPTION AND
RATIFYING APPOINTMENT
- CUSTOMER SERVICE/PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER -
WHEREAS, on or about August 8, 1983, the General Manager appointed
Janet Maughan as the Customer Service/Public Relations Manager; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors does hereby desire to establish a
Job description for the position of Customer Service/Public Relations Manager

arlld ratify the appointment of Janet Maughan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. The Board does hereby adopt the job description for
Customer Service/Public Relations Manager attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
2. The Board does hereby ratify the appointment of Janet
Maughan as Customer Service/Public Relations Manager
of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District.
3. The salary for the position of Customer Service/Public
Relations Manager shall be $ 15,74 5•£0 per year, and
the employee shall be entitled to the same insurance,
retirement and leave benefits provided to non-management
employees.
4. The position of Customer Service/Public Relations Manager
*Now shall commence retroactively to August 8, 1983, with a
probationary period of six months.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Pub-

August, 1983, by the following roll call vote:
