Home My WebLink AboutRES 1983-51 - Board RESOLUTION NO, 8351 OF THE TRUCKEE DINNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT DEED TO SIERRA PACIFIC POWER COMPANY FOR PASSIVE MICROWAVE ANTENNA 1111EREAS, Sierra Pacific Power Company has requested permission to erect a passive microwave antenna consisting of a reflector and supporting structures, together with all necessary and convenient appurtenances connected therewith on AP# ,�� -,.300 -/ , located approximately 230 feet east of the Tona.ni 'Tank site; and WHEREAS, District staff has investigated the request and determined that granting such an easement would not cause any hardship on the Truckee Donner Public Utility District; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows; 1. That the President of the Board cause to be executed a quitclaim deed to Sierra Pacific Power Company granting an easement for a passive microwave antenna site, together with the right, privilege and authority to construct, operate, alter, maintain and repair thereon, a passive microwave antenna, consisting of a reflector and supporting structures, together with all necessary and convenient appurtenances connected therewith, over and upon the lands and premises situate in the County of Nevada, State of California and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and that appropriate provisions be made requiring that the District be named an additional insured under a policy of liability insurance provided by Sierra Pacific Power Company in the usual amounts.
