TRUCEEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
REGARDING COMPENSATION FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER
WHEREAS, the compensation for the General Manager has been established
as set fort h in Ordinance No. 8008s and
WHERfi,AS, due to an unfortunate *Nne.s-s, and hospitaZiv.ation, -the General
Manager has been unable to actively perform his duties 'during portions of the
months of August and early Septembe2", Z98Zs and
WHEREAS., the General Manager has continued to observe and monitor the
functioning of the District during h,7.*s absence from employment and remains a
vaZued ernpZoyees and
WHEREAS, the CaZifornia Public Utility District Act proviaes that com-
pensatio;,i for the GeneraZ Manager shaZZ be fixed by ordinances

That the General Manager be compensated at his normal month Zy
salary as provided for in Ordinance No. 8008, for the months
of August and September.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days from the
date of 'adoption. The CZerk of the District shaZZ immediately
cause a copy of this Ordinance to be published once in the local
newspaper spaper and copies shall be posted in at Zeast three (3) pub-

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a meeting held with-i,*n said District on the 5th day of October,
