Home My WebLink AboutRES 1979-47 - Board RESOLUTION NO. 7947 of the TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED TO THE TAHOE DONNER ASSOCIATION �4 WHEREAS, Dart Industries has p rovided electric utility lines and ease and 11 of Tahoe Donner; and, ments to serve Units 8, 9, WHEREAS, the TDPUD accep ted the electrical distribution system for Units 8, 9, 10, Tahoe Donner, on October 8, 1979, and accepted Unit 11, Tahoe Donner, On November 5, 1979; and WHEREAS, the Truckee Donner Public Utility District has abandoned a transmission line crossing Unit 8 , Tahoe Donnerr to 'serve the Alder Hill Beacon; and, WHEREAS, the 1917 9 agreement with Dart Industries requires the abandon- ment of this easement; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public utility District as follows: The #President of the Board is hereby authorized to execute the easement grant deed, a copy of which has been attached hereto and marked Exhibit "Alto PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District at a meeting held within said District on the 19th day of November, 1979, by the following roll call vote: AYES*- Huber, Maass, Sutton, Kuttel NOES: None ABSENT: Hatch TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT By 1�arl Kutt(A President ATTEST: A.
