AIELLO FOR CONSTRUCTI'ON OF PROPOSED MARTIS VALLEY SUBSTATION NOW THEREFORE r BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: 1. To accept the grant deed for the following described real property in the County of Nevada, State of California: PARCEL 1 as shown ul--xDn that certain Parcel, Map No. 80-41 for Frank Aiello, filed in Book at Page of Parcel Maps. TOGETHER WITH easements for ingresc and egress over those certain Parcels as shown upon the above-mentioned Parcel Map 60 feet in width along the West side of Parcels 2 and 3 as shown on said Parcel Ma.p. RESERVING THEREFROM, an easement for the Purpose of pro- viding sewage and drainage services to Parcels 2 and 3 of said above-mentioned Parcel Map. Said easement rights shall be subordinate to and shall not conflict with the design, construction, and operation of the proposed substation or the Truckee River Regional Park. 2. The Deputy District Clerk. of the District is hereby in- structed to record said Grant Deed in the Official Records of the Clerk of Nevada County.
