RESOLUTION NO. 80

s TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DECLARING DISTRICT INTENT TO ANNEX THREE PARCELS
4 of REAL PROPERTY IN MA.R'T"IS VALLEY
WHEREAS, three subdivisions have requested that they be annexed to

the District for the of providing water service; and

WHEREAS the Board of Directors of the Truckee-Donner Public Utility
District feels it is in the best interests of the District to annex said

subdivisions,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of

the Truckee-Donner Public Utility District as follows.
10 It is hereby determined that it is in the best interests
of the District to annex three subdivisions to the
District for the purpose of providing water service
only and the District hereby declares its intent to
do so.
2. The subdivisions the District intends to annex are
Ponderosa Palisades Unit 5, Sierra Pines and M artis
woods Estates.

3. The annexees shall construct all necessary mains
and fire hydrants and of her distribution facilities on
their at theirexpense and in conformity

with District standards and specifications.
4. The annexees shall construct or pay for the
construction of any extension of District water
mains to a. point on their property boundary selected
by the District.
5. The annexees shall pay a facility fee for source and
storage per rate schedule C-1 and/or provide suitable
off-site storage and/or a suitable source of supply.
6. The District may require the developers/ .nnexees
Y to guarantee through a band or letter of credit or
other device that the income (standby/consumption)
from. the water distribution facility will be sufficient
to pay for all operating and maintenance costs.

9. All improvement plans must be acceptable to the oel

10,0 It is understood that the three subdivisions in
question have completed environmental impact
reports and are contiguous to C.S.A 19. The
annexation of the three subject parcels is expressly
conditioned up on successfLd annexation of C.S.A. 190
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee-Donner
Public Utility Dis'trict, at a meeting held within said District on the
