HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1980-36 - Board s' k RESOLUTION NO. 80 3 6 OF TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLIAM DEED REGARDING A POWER LINE EASEMENT ON K ASSESSOR'S PARCEL No. 18-660-36 IN EXCHANGE FOR A 10-FOOT POWER LIFE EASEMENT ALONG DEER.FIELD DRIVE WHEREAS, F H K Investment Company has approached the Board of Directors of the Truckee--Donner Public Utility District seeking to remove an unused electrical easement affecting that certain real property known as Assessor's Parcel No. 18-660-36, owned by William T. Marsh and Alice K. f Marsh, his wife; and WHEREAS, said easement was granted to Sierra Pacific Power Company .y and recorded on December 13, 1965, in Book 392, Page 215, Official Records of Nevada County, and was assigned to the District by a document recorded on September 10, 1968, in Book 455, Page 623, Official Records; and WHEREAS, the District has received a proposed 10-foot wide power line easement along the property line of subject- parcel bordering on Deerfield Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the y Truckee--Donner Public Utility District as follows: 1. That the President and Clerk of the Board of Directors cause to be executed a Quitclaim Deed relinquishing : that certain unused power line easement recorded on 5 i December 13, 1965, in Book 392, Page 21 Official al Records of Nevada County. 2. That the District accepts the 10--foot wide power line easement across the northern boundary line of the described property and cause the same to be recorded concurrently with the District's Quitclaim Deed referred to above. 3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to attach copies of said documents to this Resolution indicating the Resolution Number and date of adoption. .
