OF 'THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DECLARING V-'H I(_'LE SURPLUS
.AND ISSUING A CALL FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, it .is the opinion of the Board of D]-rectors of the Truckee
Donner Public Uti.�_.ity� District :.hat Unit 11. , a 1972 Chevrolet 4-wheel. drive

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors a s, f o1_laws:
1. The Clerk shall advertise the sale of the surplus vehicle
in the appra riate newspapers and joulv_-nals, and shell notify

2. Sealed bids will, be accepted up to the hour of 4:00 P.M.

of a certified check or money order. This deposit shall be
forfeited in the event that the bidder is awarded the bid and

3. In the event no bads are received on the surplus vehicle,
