HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1981-26 - Board RESOLUTION NO. 81t�111`., OF THE TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE RIGHT OF WAY CERTIFICATE WHEREAS, the Truckee Donner Public Utility District is currently completing an application for FmHA financial assistance to construct improvements to its water system; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute FmHA Form 442-21, Right-of-way Certificate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: That the President is hereby authorized, to execute the FmHA Right-. of-way Certificate, Form 442-21, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and, by this reference, made a part hereof.
