Home My WebLink AboutRES 1981-14 - Board RESOLUTION NO. 8114 OF THE TRUCKEE DONNERPUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND ISSUING A CALL FOR- BIDS ON EMERGENCY GENE RATOR/ALTERNATOR WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District has determined the need to purchase an electric generator for emergency use; and WHEREAS, three different specification sheets with various size generators have been attached hereto and marked Exhibits A, B and C; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: 1. That the specifications described in Exhibits A, B and C attached hereto and made a part hereof are approved. 2. That the President of -the Board is hereby directed to issue a call for bids based on the specifications at- tached hereto for one (1) generator for emergency use. 3. 'That the date and time established for the bid opening is Marth 6, 1981, at 4:30 P.M. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District at a regular meeting thereof duly called and held in the District on the 2nd day of February, 1981, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Duffy, Kuttel, Maass and Huber.
