OF THE
TRUCKEE DONN9R PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING DISTRICT POLICY REGARDING
DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
WHEREAS, the matter of the collection of delinquent accounts receivable
has become a costly and time-consuming process; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District that a policy is needed in order to
minimize the time and expense of District personnel, while at the same time
increasing the percentage of collection;
NOWf THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. The Bookkeeper is hereby required to present to the Board
for consideration the transferring of all delinquent ac-
counts receivable that are considered uncollectible that
exist on the District' s records for six months or more.
2. Concurrent with the appropriate journal transfer, the
Bookkeeper is directed to submit said accounts to a
collection agency in order to effectuate paymentO
3. The Bookkeeper shall prepare a written report for the
Board of Directors indicating whatever action is taken
pursuant to this policy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a meeting held within said District on the

day of 1981, by the following roll call vote:
