EFFE�T1/VGA COMPENSATIONADJUSTMEIVTFOR
THE GENERAL MANAGERANDAUTHORIZING THE
EXECUT/ON OFA CONTRACT WITH PETER L.`HOLZME/STER
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it advisable and appropriate for the General
Manager to receive a compensation adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the contract between the General Manager and District expired on December
31, 1991 and the Board has determined that it should be renewed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District that effective 30 days from the date of passage of this ordinance the
following action occur*
"~ 1. That the General Manager receive a 4%wage increase retroactive to January
1, 1992.
2. That effective January 1, 1992, the General Manager be entitled to receive
a District contribution to the deferred compensation plan equal to 10% ofhis
salary.
3. That effective January 1, 1992, the General Manager be entitled to 20
vacation days per year and that in lieu of taking one week of vacation in any
year he may receive payment at full face value.
4. That the terms of the contract shall be for three years with annual re view of
compensation and performance.
5. That the other terms of the contract remain unchanged.
6. That the President be authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
District the management employment agreement with Peter L. Holzmeister,
a copy of which has been attached hereto and entitled Exhibit 'A"
7. That the Deputy District Clerk of the District be directed to publish this
ordinance in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District at a meeting duly called and held within the District on the 61h day ofJanuary 1992,
by the following roll call vote:
A YES: Corbett, Curran, Maass, Sutton and Aguera.
NOES. None.
ABSENT None.
