ESTABLISHING �V TER CONNECTIONAND FACIL/TIES FEE
SC�IEDULE
WHEREAS, a review of the water connection fees has revealed an increase in costs over
the past se veral years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District as follows:
1. Effective 30 days from the date this ordinance is adopted, the
WA TER CONNEC TIONAND FA CIL I TIES FEES SCHEDULE,
a copy of which is attached hereto, shall go into effect and prior
water connection and facilities fee schedules shall be
rescinded.
2. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to post and publish
this ordinance in accordance with state law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District at a regular meeting thereof duly called and held within said District on the 61h day
ofApril 1992, by the following roll call vote:
A YES: Corbett, Curran, Maass and Sutton.
NOES. None.
ABSENT Aguera.

WATER CONNECTION AND FACILITIES FEES
ARPlicabillity
The charges hereunder are applicable to all applicants for service at locations not
previously served by the District.
Availability
Service hereunder is available throughout the District's service area.
Rate
The initial charge for service to applicants under the District's water tariff shall consist of a
connection fee and, if applicable, a tapping and facilities fee as follows.
