DECLARING AN ELECTION B ... . _._ ......... ........ _ _..... _...._ ......... . _ _....__ . ......... .......... ._ ...... _ _ _ ........_ _....... ...__.._..... _ ........ _ _ .. .. _... ......_ __. __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ .. . .... _ _ __.. ..... _ REQUESTING THE BOARD.OF SUPERVISOR$ F PLACER COUNTY TO CONSOLIDATE 1THANY OTHER ELECTION CONDUCTED ON SAI DATE AND REQUESTING ELECT/ON SERVICES BY THE COUNTY CLERK WHEREAS, an election will be held within the Truckee Donner Public Utility District on November 3, 1992 for the purpose of electing three members to the District Board of Directors; and WHEREAS, whenever two or more elections are called to be held on the same day, in the same territory, or in part of the same territory, such elections should be consolidated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE l T RESOL VED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: 1. That an election be held on No vember 3, 1992 for the purpose of electing three members to the District Board of Directors. 2. That the candidate is to pay for the publication of the candidate's statement, pursuant to Elections Code Section 10012. The limitation on the number of words that a candidate may use in his/her Candidate's Statement is 200 words. 3. That the District agrees to reimburse the County of Placer for the District's prorated share of the costs of the election. PASSEDANDADOPTEDbythe Board ofDirectors ata meeting dulycalled and held within the District on the 6th day ofApril 1992 by the following roll call vote: A YES. Corbett, Curran, Maass and Sutton.
