OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK
WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
FOR OWNERSHIP, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, William C. Brown, Jr. , has constructed and installed the Airport
Business Park water distribution system located on Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 80-270-34 , 355 36 , 19-440-43 , 44 , 45 , 46 and 47 , and further
described in the exhibit attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, said water distribution system has been constructed in accordance
with District standards and the District Engineer has provided inspection
of the system and has recommended that it be accepted by the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District for ownership, operation and maintenance; and
WHEREAS, William C. Brown, Jr. has executed a Bill of Sale in favor of the
District, •a copy of which is attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1 . That the Airport Business Park water distribution
system constructed by William C. Brown, Jr. is hereby
accepted for ownership, operation and maintenance.
2. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized to
record the Bill of Sale for the water distribution
system with the Counties of Nevada and Placer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District at a meeting held within said District on the 21st day of
September, 1987 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Aguera, Cooley, Maass, Sutton and Corbett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

WILLIAM C. BROWN, JR. , Managing General Partner of BROWN DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, does hereby sell, transfer, convey and assign to the TRUCKEE
DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, a local public agency of the State of
California, the water distribution system developed and installed in
connection with the development of eight commercial parcels being
identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 80-270-34, 35, 36 and 19-440-43,
44, 453 46, and 47 as specifically described in that certain agreement
between BROWN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY and the TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT on or about March 11, 1987, and further identified in the at-
tached legal description.
