NSATION ADJUSTMENT
FOR CERTAIN MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, salaries for certain management positions, namely the Administrative
Services Manager, Water Superintendent and Executive Secretary have not been
considered for adjustment for 1993; and
WHEREAS, the District Board of Directors deems it advisable and appropriate that the
individuals filling these management positions receive a wage adjustment because of
the general increase in the cost of living,-
NO W, THEREFORE, BEIT RESOL VED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the Administrative Services Manager, Water Superintendent and Executive
Secretary receive a 4.5% wage increase effective January 1, 1993.
2. That these individuals continue to receive a District contribution to the ICMA
Deferred Compensation Plan equal to 8% of their salary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District at a meeting duly called and held within said District on the 16th day of
February 1993.

NOES: None.
