ANAGEMENT. AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES ......................
WHEREAS, an adjustment to the District's contribution to the ICMA Deferred
Compensation Plan formanagement and confidential employees was considered at the
February 16, 1993 meeting and put over until certain questions were answered, and
WHEREAS, the District Board of Directors deems it advisable and appropriate that the
individuals filling the management and confidential positions, namely, the
Administrative Services Manager, Water Superintendent, Electric Superintendent,
Planning Services Manager, Support Services Manager and Executive Secretary,
receive an increase in the amount contributed by the District to the ICMA Deferred
Compensation Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District that the Administrative Services Manager, Water Superintendent,
Electric Superintendent, Planning Services Manager, Support Services Manager and
Executive Secretary receive a District contribution to the ICMA Deferred Compensation
Plan equal to 10% of their salary retroactive to January 1, 1993..
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
District at a meeting duly called and held within said District on the 15th day of March
1993.
A YES: Corbett, Jones, Maass and Aguera.
NOES: Sutton.
ABSENT: None.
