HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 2001-02 - Board Public Ordinance No. 2001m02 Effecting a change in the electric connection fee schedule WHEREAS, a review if the electrical connection fees has revealed an increase in costs over the past several years; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District as follows: • Effective 30 days from the date this ordinance is adopted, the electric connection fees, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, shall go into effect and prior electric connection fee schedules shall be rescinded. • The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to post and publish this ordinance in accordance with state law. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District at a regular meeting thereof duly called and held within said District on the 1 e day of April 2001,by the following roll call vote: AYES: Aguera, Hemig and Maass.
