The forms of "Statement of Water Diversion and Use" prepared by the engineer for diversions from McGlashen Springs and Tonini Springs are hereby approved; and the president of the District is auth- orized to execute the same, and special water counsel for this District is directed to file them with the State Water Resources Control Board.
