OF THE
TRUCKEE DOWER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING EASEMENTS
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
FOR DOWER LAKE UTILITY COMPANY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the owners and developers of Donner Lake Utility Company have
provided easements for public utility purposes in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the development agreement with the Truckee Donner Public
Utility District; and
WHEREAS, District Counsel has reviewed the easements and determined that
they are acceptable and ready for recording;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. To accept the easements over portions of
APf18-330-15, 16, 20, 30 and AP#18-382-21 froze John Nash
and E. W. Nash for utility purposes as described in the
deeds attached hereto.
��. 2. That the Clerk of the Board be died to record
the easement with the- County of__ieveins_._

shown and described on the official plat of the "Donner Camp-Bucknam Tract"

An easement for public utilities construction, maintenance, and appurtenances,
on over, under, and across a strip of land 25.00 feet in width, measured at
right angles, lying 12.50 feet on both sides of the following described center-
line:
