OF THE
TRUCKER DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the owner of Assessor's Parcel No. 18-522-08 has provided an
easement for public utility purposes in order to serve electricity to the
adjoining parcel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1 . To accept the easements over a portion of
AP#18-522-08 from Richard L. Hernandez for _ utility
purposes as described in the deed attached hereto.
2. That the Clerk of the Board be directed to record
the easement with the County of Nevada.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board .of Directors of the
Truckee Donner Public Utility District duly called and held in said
District on the 18th day of August 1986 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Cooley, Corbett and Maass.
NOES: Sutton.
ABSENT: Hamilton.

RICHARD L. HERN&NDEZ, an individual, "Grantor," hereby grants to the
TRUCKEE DONWW PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, "Grantee," an easement for common
overhead public utility purposes 10 feet in width, 5 feet on either side of
the center line, starting at a point on the shared properly line 23 feet

The easommag"granted herein is a right to construct, operate, and maintain
said electztcal,distribution system.
The easemenL-granted herein includes a right to do all things necessary for
the construction, operation, and maintenance of the electrical distribution
system and easement, including but not limited to a right of ingress and
egress, a right to temporarily store- equipment and materials, to excavate,
to drive vehicles over, to place markers on, to survey, to inspect and
repair, to re-excavate for the aurpose of inspection and repair, and to
remove rocks , boulders, trees , and plant life in the course of excavation
or re-excavation.
The easement granted herein includes the right to temporarily encroach on
the real property within 10 feet of either outside boundary of the 10 foot
f"' easement granted herein for the purpose of construction, operation, and
maintenance of the facilities and the easement , and the right to
temporarily do all the things necessary therefore , as provided above.
