OF THE
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED
TO THE COUNTY OF NEVADA FOR AN EASEMENT OVER
A PORTION OF AP#18-602-03
WHEREAS , the County of Nevada has requested an easement for sidewalk
purposes over and across the westerly five feet of Assessor's Parcel No.
18-602-03, said easement to be contiguous to and easterly of Donner Trail
Road;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District as follows:
1. That the President of the District be authorized to
execute the appropriate deed granting an easement for
sidewalk purposes over and across the westerly five feet
of AP#18-602-03 to the County of Nevada.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public
�,.., Utility District at a meeting duly called and held within the District on
the 15th day of September 1986 , by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Cooley, Corbett , Hamilton , Sutton and Maass.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

of the following described lands:
All that portion of the North half of the Northwest quarter (N 1/2 of
NW 1/4) of Section 16, Township 17 North, Range 16 East, M.D.M. ,
described as follows to-wit:
Beginning at a point- from which the corner common to Sections 8, 9,
16 and 17, Township 17 North, Range 1G East, M•D.M. , bears North 49'
12' west 1475.26 feet; thence North 89` 40' West 200.00 feet; thence
South 01 20' West 257.00 feet to the Northerly line of State fIighway;
thence along said Northerly line of highway, North 88' 27' East 200.11
feet; thence continuing along said Northerly line of State Highway,
North 89' 57' East 65.71 feet to concrete post marked "C"; thence
South 89° 40' East 234.29 feet along said Northerly line of State
Highway to the Southwest corner of the lands conveyed to Edmunds, et
ux, recorded January 14, 1947, in Book 112, Official Records, Page
209, thence North 00° 46' 50" West to the Northwest corner of said
Edmunds Parcel, thence North 890 40' West 300 feet, more or less, to
the place of beginning.
Said easement is to be contiguous to and easterly of Donner Trail Road.
